Last week, Amazon said that Bezos would sell up to 50 million shares in the firm.

As an Amazon-o-phile; I think Amazon is the most amazing and innovative company in the US, and that has been so because of Bezos skills and vision. If he pulls out I sense a real problem coming eventually.

Many under the umbrella of Amazon are relatively autonomous. I chalk it up to their "leanness" in doing things, with exception for the video game studio which got sacked.
