I've just watched her being interviewed on Sky about this movie, and I must say she has quite an upper class accent! Not a hint of Yorkshire to be had, is she embarrassed about her roots and where she comes from I wonder?!

I'm from Yorkshire, and live about 7 miles away from Georgie's hometown, and I've never had a Yorkshire accent - I suppose some people just don't pick up their native accents for some reason.
shareI think she does have a Yorkshire accent. I watched the same interview. But it's the same for me. I've never had a Birmingham accent, people always think I'm from the South and that I sound "posh". My family do though and so do my friends, so I don't know the reason why I don't.
