Looking at his filmography now, for the life of me I can't remember seeing him in anything before Homeland, and he wasn't on that before 2012...

I'd say on Homeland he looks to be in his 30's.

I saw the trailer of "Hitman", and I'd guess his 40+. And I see now that he's not even 34 yet! How can this guy be 2 years younger than me??

He looks older, yeah. He has a very mobile face and tons of facial expressions that's why he has more lines than the average 34 year old.

I really think he looks LATE 40's, not even early 40's and i am SHOCKED he is not even in his mid 30's!!!!!!!!

He is very goodlooking and attractive, but yeah... he does look to be in his mid to late 40s...
