I'm just wondering where I can see it? I can't seem to find it at any theater near me, I'm sure it's an arthouse film, but did I miss it? It looks hilarious.

Blink and you missed it. It did so poorly it went from wide release down to 3 or 5 theatres in the following week, and then it was gone. But not out yet on DVD or streaming, I don't think.
