I seriously came in here looking for an answer to that. I was starting to believe she had Parkinson's Disease as well. I guess not.

Wow, she doesn't look like she has any kid of disease or condition. She's just imitating snobby rich people's movements; a hand on her chest, open hand waving in the air, etc.
