Is she Italian?

I just saw her on Leno and she's funny and pretty. I also knew she was on the 70s Show. I'm just wondering if she's Italian because her surname is interesting.

Jewish. There is an old population of Jews in the north of Italy.

Broached this very subject on her album Coke Money; as a daughter of contemporary USofA, fair bet that she's probably a few different nationalities behind a surname. Not meant derisively; this statement is true of yours truly also.....
