Who is the dude that calls her up in "Diamond Pussy" at the very beginning? I know who he is but can't remember the name and it's one of those things that bugs you until you figure it out.

Yup that's it! I caught his Comedy Central half hour special a few years ago as Dragon Boy Suede and thought he was decent. Hadn't seen him since.
