There has been several mental break downs behind the scenes for years and years. In the last few years he has been under the care of a psychiatric team which includes night nurses to administer injections of anti-psychotics and atypicals. He is restricted from being around his children from hours of the day without a support worker near by.

Back to the beginning. There was a reason why he was told to stay behind the scenes to work as a producer, it was because people were aware of his mental problems and did not feel having a rap career would be suitable for him and would lead to more disastrous breakdowns.
