The guy can act
I’ve seen him in 3 things: the series Vikings, the HBO series Heels and the Netflix McMovie Night Teeth. I’ve seen him play the son the the most famous Viking ever, the wrestling younger brother of a pro wrestler and wrestling promoter and a gay vampire. Unlike, say, The Rock, Alex is 3 very different personalities in each of those roles. Is he Anthony Hopkins, Marlon Brando, Robert De Niro? No. Not yet; maybe never; but he’s not a 1-note wonder, either. I give him props for making a real effort at his craft.
