A blonde version of Josh Hutcherson? I turned on the tv and the seeker was playing (horrible movie) but I thought it was Josh for a second because they also sound the same.

I thought the same thing when I saw him in Race to Witch Mountain. He reminds me of Josh Hutcherson when he was in Journey to the Center of the Earth.

He actually looks like a younger version of Victor Garber from Titanic.

Yea! I've been waiting for someone to say that ha ha. Also looks like a younger version of Jensen Ackles, just a bit though...
