I was actually coming here to start a thread about that! I think he'd be the perfect Peeta; I pictured him throughout all the books.

Agreed. For some reason from the very start of reading the books he is the one I pictured in my head as Peeta. To me he is Peeta. He would be perfect in the role. I came on here to see if anyone else thought that as well.

Okay, this is really weird, but since I read the Hunger Games Trilogy last week (and I already had an obsession with Mortal Instruments) every blonde guy from 15-25 I see on TV or see a pic of, I think: is he a Jace or a Peeta?

Now this guy, Alex Ludwig, I think he could play either. But I'd like him to play Peeta more cos I want Alex Pettyfer for Jace!!

I 100% agree!!!!! I have been watching Hunger Games character videos on Youtube haha and could not find anyone good!! But Alexander would be perfect for Peeta and it would be his big break!!! I am totally in love with him so I would be soooo happy if he got this role! Alex, if you are reading this, AUDITON FOR PEETA MELLARK!!!!!

I hope we get pictures leaked from the set with him as Cato. I think he will do a good job, although he will always be Peeta to me. It is hard to find info on Mr. Ludwig. He seems to be a low key actor, which is not a bad thing.
