Okay the factoids on this site list him as 6'2" but seems even taller. Just look at him on Vikings opposite Clive Standen who is himself 6'2" and Alexander is easily taller. My guesstimate would be 6'4" or very close to it.

Watch him next to Gustav Skarsgard who is 6'4".

I don't know how tall he is, but in the last episode of "Vikings" he looked freaking huge. I rarely comment on actors' size, but this guy looked twice as big as Rollo. May be it was because of the camera angle in their scenes together, but...
