her body and her eating/workout habits...

I don't know about you, but I'm sure there's a few fans out there that 'envy' her that body. I was just wondering if anyone knows if she does any special diet or workouts? cause she gotta do something to be in shape all the time, right?
I really would love to have this flat stomach in particular. =D

Just her abs? Danneel has nice gams and a great butt as well. Also pretty good shoulders. I like my butt too but Danneel’s assets all around are pretty good. However if I could ever trade bodies with anyone it would be Jennifer Aniston. Although I don’t think I would be able to keep up with all the work she does on her body….I like to be fit but I’m no fitness addict.

Ever heard of core conditioning or strengthening? I would recommend crunches on those huge balls and bicycle kicks as these are the best floor ab exercises. Pilates and yoga (if you don’t breathe right however it’s not as beneficial as you are just stretching) are also good for enlongating the body and strengthening abs. Swimming, running, dancing, and even aerobics even help give definition to abs.

If you have fat on or love handles on your stomach the abs won’t show much definition until you lose some of the extra weight. Just so you know are boobs and butts are made up of fat (which is why girls tend to have more fat than men as they have more..) so you don’t want to lose everything but… I would recommend a fitness magazine like Shape or Fitness for beginners. I love Women’s Health but this is for the more…involved I guess.
I think eating healthy most of the time, or snacking on small meals while doing a bit of exercise (a bit: 3x a week) will give you more definition in your abs and it will definitely empower you to love your OWN body. The most important thing I can say about exercising is make sure you do it right! You want to work your muscles not your bones and you still don’t want to tear your muscles out either and put yourself out of commission. Balancing exercises work really good for the core (abs) and changing it up keeps it interesting.
