^^^
While I agree this looks HORRIBLE today ...
But ODDLY this was in fact a true statement.
I dont know if the OP made this statement as Trolling due to hatred for TB or was just being honest
But The facts remain, 31 teams Last Year Looked at TB and Felt they had a better option an QB.
Adam Schefter(who is The NFLs absolute GO TO guy for breaking stories) posted a tweet last night saying "all I could think about while watching the SB was "ONLY 2 teams went after Tom Brady Last season, why didnt Tom Brady get the same attention Desean Watson is getting right now"
Bottom Line....The Entire League MISSED on Tom Brady AGAIN.
The entire League Missed on him by not drafting him..and for some ODD reason despite going to 3 of the last 4 SBs, The entire league fell for The "Too OLD" narritive and MISSED on HIM again In free agency
This Post by the OP looks laughable now, But ODDLY its 100% accurate....TBs options were Limited, ONLY 2 teams pursued him last year, Literally The entire rest of the league felt he was Too Old and They had at least had an equal or better option at QB
The Question that needs to be asked is WHY?
why did 31 teams feel Tom Brady was too old and they had a Better Option a QB...For me the answer is simply
The Entire League BOUGHT into the Bill Belichick "Genius"...I think Literally every team in NFL simply couldnt imagine Bill Belichick Letting TB go unless Belichick thought Brady was "done, Too Old and couldnt get it done anymore"
I think most teams thoughts "Look If Belichick is letting Brady walk, Thats good enough for me, If Belichick thinks Brady isnt good enough to bring back, I'm not about to cut my starting QB for a 43 old who the greatest coach of all time just let walk"
and again for me, The Problem here, was the entire league MISREADING this situation and not understanding the level of Hatred between TB and BB...
The league misread the situation, The League thought the "greatest" coach of all time just let TB walk because Belichick believed he wan'ts good enough anymore...
and The truth was...You had 2 people that Hatred each other and BOTH desperately wanted to be separated so BOTH could try to prove they could win without each other..
This wasnt a case of The "Genius" BB letting TB walk because He thought he was too old and couldnt get it done anymore...
This was a case of BB simply putting his EGO first and Letting TB walk because BB wanted to prove he could win with out Brady(and the same can be said about Brady, Brady wanted to leave for EGO as well)
The entire League simply couldnt Imagine Belichick , The greatest coach of all time letting Brady walk ....every GM in the league had to have been thinking...."Bellcheck is too smart, He sees and knows Brady better than anyone, If He's done with Brady, If He's going to let him walk, I Trust him, I'm not about to risk my job to take a chance of a 43 old QB that The Greatest coach of all time Just Basically CUT..."
the signing of Tom Brady by The Tampa Bay Bucs and The decision to GO ALL IN this year believing that Brady wasnt washed up or Too OLD...Is the single greatest Free Agency signing of all time...
I can only imagine what a team like The SF 49ers were thinking last night....according to reports, Tom Brady wanted go to the 49ers.....But BOTH Lynch and Kyle Thought Jimmy G was a better option this year at QB than TB and Passed...
lol...
yes the post seem laughable today....But ODDLY Its completely true.....TB's options were limited,The entire league MISSED on Brady again, The entire League fell for the "Too Old" Narrative and Belichick "genius".....Brady only had 2 teams interested in him in free agency...
and EVERY TEAM was WRONG!
