When most of her studio (profile) pics are taken...
they are only of the other side of her face where there is no mole - apparently she really does have a best side that either she and/or the photographer prefers to be shot. Some actresses and models with similar face markings can have either side taken (it doesn't matter).
If it really bothers her or the person/photographer who chooses which pics to be published, would it be in her best interest to have it removed so that she can do a fuller profile? In her case, it takes away from her face and it looks like the kind of mole that could grow larger with age.
I happen to have one on my nostril but it isn't noticeable until I turn my head completely to the side, but I'm a male. I'm not good looking as her.
There is nothing wrong with having them removed. Enrique Inglesias (face) and Jennifer Morrison (upper chest) had theirs removed.
