To all the Michael Keaton insulting and abusive fanboys:

OK, I've been reading this board for sometime and all I can see is Eddie Redmayne's posts about his work being drowned with a lot of posts of Michael Keaton fanboys insulting personally the actor of the message board.

All of them insulting posts about Redmayne phisical appearance, about her happiness to win an award, and A LOT of racists, homophobic male chauvinist and sexually offensive posts (I've seen posts of some Michael Keaton fanboys about Redmayne's d-ck, Redmayne sexual tendencies, Remayne "invented race origins"... ).

All I can say is... you would have prefered Michael Keaton to win on Oscar, we get it. But is it necesary to degrade Eddie Redmayne as a person? and to try to downplay a performance that not only the majority of Academy members, but also the foreing hollwood press association, the Screen Actors Guild memebers, the British academy memebers, the New York Film Critics, the Palm Spring festival... and the list goes on and on, consider the best male performance of 2014?

That Michael Keaton was better is YOUR OPINION, Keaton fanboys, and we respect that. But you just don't respect someone else who can consider Redmayne's performance better, and you constantly insult the actor with bad taste personal abuse and strong language.

That does not make any favour to Michael Keaton, to his image and to his great performance in "Birdman". I hope you realize that.

Just like beliebers annoying fangirls, The fans reflect the representation of their idol. So far, Keaton fanboys has not bring any positive image to imdb board and in the end, all your idol is able to achieve is a vine gone viral about him hiding his speech. Have some dignity, please. 

I agree with every single Word you have written, SnapePrince. ER does not deserve the hate he is getting from Keaton fans. What I have read so far comes frome Katon fans, while the other nominees´ fans have been quieter, and more respectful (well, there are exceptions).

So, people: let us enjoy ER, please.

There is nothing wrong or "abusive" about characterizing an actor as physically unappealing or disparaging his performance as reliant on gimmicks and mimickery. There is something extremely ironic, however, about the person who invested significant time writing your post describing anyone else as a "fanboy."

I think the OP is referring to this post written by the user AkiDestani (the post has been deleted on this board, but still can be seen on the Michael Keaton board. That tells a lot, a not good, about Michael Keaton obsessive fans):

"Eddie Redmayne only won the Osar because... he is good at sucking Jewish dic*s. Look at his full lips and an overall feminine look. Hollywood is crammed with powerful gays, so go figure."

By the way, is true that Keaton didn't need to do mimickery since he was playing himself and his own story as an actor.

Congrats on making the most bland, insipid comment possible about the film Birdman. I hesitate to even characterize this as an "observation" because it evinces an alarming lack of brainpower. Aside from the fact that this an idiotic, baseless assertion (as in, you have literally zero support for the notion that Michael Keaton is a schizophrenic, suicidal/depressed megalomaniac with deep-seated narcissism) it's quite clear that the character of Riggan Thomson couldn't be further from Keaton's IRL personality. And if you were just trolling because you don't like Birdman for whatever reason, well congrats on spreading your hateful ignorance. Because the internet is sorely lacking in that!
