UN-BELIEVABLE performance of Lenny in Steinbeck's Of Mice and Men. Totally overshadowed James Franco on stage (albeit, O'Dowd's role was vastly more challenging -- Franco did a terrific job as George).

He was just nominated for a Tony Award for this. I wish I could see it!
