Seriously, he is not very funny and his new show on HBO stinks.

sharehave you ever watched "IT Crowd"??
Its a british comedy where Chris O'Dowd and Richard Ayoade (The Watch) play two guys who work in IT situated in the basement of a Gigantic Corporate Skyscraper. The premise is simple yet its beyond hilarious. Therefore you can conclude that it a lot of the hilarity is based around the delivery of the writing which means chris is talented.
SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO all im trying to say is if you watch IT Crowd you might start to believe Chris O'Dowd is actually pretty funny, and hes just getting short changed with bad shows and/or movies.
I love his characters, he's very funny.
