Time will tell. 25% is a big drop but a drop in the bucket in the grand scheme of things. There will be a percentage of people who will never buy Bud again, but my gut tells me that by next year, 75% of those boycotting today will forget and start buying Bud again. If that happens and the alphabet community starts buying Bud, then they end up in a stronger position down the road.
Don't underestimate social conservatives lack of following through with boycotts long term. How many still boycott Gillette (all males are toxic) and Coke (be less white)?
