Why was she at the THIS IS THE END premiere?

I saw her in the pictures and was confused because I she isn't in the movie and she isn't old enough to see it?

Younger actors always go to the rated r movies. Their parents or any other older person in Hollywood comes with them. The actress Bella Thorne from Disney is 15, or was at the time, and was at the spring breakers premiere even though she wasn't legal.

You do realize that movie ratings are just a guideline right and it's not actually illegal for kids to watch R rated movies....
