but know what? the more I think about it, the more it seems as if they were just saying that to keep their Christian fans happy. When they said that, they were just starting and that's what most of their Disney-based fans - the source of their main income at the time - wanted to hear. You can bet they were probably coached not to go against the Main Mouse.

Just look at them now - they still have their faith, but seem "normal" and even a bit willing to be considered a bit risque, especially with Aly appearing in Maxim. I have enough friends in the business to know that people will go with a lie if the truth will hurt the bottom line.

I wouldn't say they sold out because that's what they were when they started. They just hid it really well because they were on Disney because doing the Christian thing was an easy way in - notice how they haven't done anything "Christian" since then.
