Just watched Pan's Labyrinth which i havent seen in years and went to IMDB to read some stuff and saw her new profile pic.

Jaw dropping- she turned into quite a stunner.

I can't believe that hot girl I like is that little girl from Pan's Labyrinth. Ha. Life. I had no idea.

EDIT: Looking up pictures of her growing up, that girl got work done for sure. Nose especially. One of the most profound and successful makeovers i've ever seen.

Yeah, her nose seems very different but VERY nice to see a GOOD nose job instead of a horrible Janet Jackson kind of nose... or perhaps LACK of nose.
