It's cute that there are people that still think that singing and/or acting are great "talents". Singers and actors are possibly the most useless people walking the earth. If singing was so difficult, there wouldn't be literally millions that can do it well, the vast majority better than people like Miley.

So I'm guessing you don't consider Judy Garland, Barbra Streisand, or any of the numerous opera vocalists (Mary Costa, Luciano Pavarotti, Maria Callas, etc) great talents. Singing and acting ARE great talents. *rolls eyes*

Also, the same could be said for any profession. Are the numerous painters, filmmakers, designers, etc... not talented, either? Ridiculous.

They are not GREAT talents, they are talents. What makes them greater then surgical talent? Mathematical talent? Nothing.

This is a dumb thing to say. You don't need to be a singer to judge singing. Let me ask you, do you watch a movie and judge the quality of it? Do you have experience in any kinds of film making? No? I didn't think so.

If you are not even a big fan then why are you always defending her? I saw on another post you asked for proof t hat she is not talented. The proof is the exact same as you saying she is. I see and hear her and I don't like her voice, she's whiny and screechy, she has poor pitch when she's live. That's all the proof you need. It's like if you said someone isn't talented and I think they are. There is no proof that what you say is true or what I say is true. Music is a very personal thing. No need to get so damn offended

Dana Plato - his erstwhile co-star, not only had to do a nude modeling gig to make money, but actually tried to rob a store at gunpoint. So maybe selling out a venue in Chicago and being hired as a judge on "The Voice" isn't too bad, after all! :-)

No, you just agree with her politics, that is the only reason you are building her up to be anything great.
