She auditioned for Les Mis for Cosette?!

of course not, but i'm glad she haved her chance to audition.

I'm not doubting her acting ability, but she definitely doesn't suit the role (look/acting wise), and doesn't have the vocal ability for it either.

It definitely would have made the film more entertaining though... But imagine all the feedback, critics, etc. bitching about "iCarly from Nickelodeon" being in a well-acclaimed musical movie adaption. Her vocals would get slammed!

I like Miranda, but I do not even think she would have been able to pull off Cosette in a school production of Les Mis!

i probably would have watched it then, just to see how she did. i couldn't make it past 30 minutes. i hate musicals

Where do you find this information at, on where she and others audition for roles?

I know it's under the trivia for Les Miz but I'm not sure how accurate it is though. For instance the trivia says Lucy Hale auditioned for Eponine but I read under the trivia on another site that it was Cosette that she auditioned for.
