Absolutely. They're now saying that this attack/massacre has been in the works for almost a year. If Netanyahu was in charge during that time, I don't think it ever would have happened. I'm very grateful he's back where he belongs. Hamas is going to be very sorry!!
Edited: Netanyahu was in charge, however, he was dealing with a lot. He realized things weren't as they should be and he was trying to do something about it, i.e. the judicial overhaul. Someone fell asleep at the wheel and it wasn't him.
