Apparently she never once suspected what Weinstein had been getting up to...

She simply took up with the millionaire film producer Harvey Weinstein and married him because it seems he was just so god-damned handsome and charming that any woman would surely want to take up with him.

But well done to her for filing for divorce as soon as she realised that the press were reporting on more than 90 women who have made accusations of rape, assault, or sexual harassment against him.

Hopefully she will soon be awarded the compensation and divorce settlement that she deserves.

Yeah I don't believe that for a second. And I think most people don't either. She dropped him like a hate the moment in inconvenienced her. Like the rest of Hollywood. It's only worth doing right by our morals when it becomes trendy.

Remember folks, when a powerful man does is found guilty of an act, or several acts, of enormous evil BLAME THE WOMAN.

I see a lot of so-called 'feminists' have thrown the unfortunate Ms Chapman under the bus simply for the crime of being married to a man who cheated behind her back, and abused several women unbeknownst to her. And no, I am not being a hypocrite by attacking these 'feminists', because, guess what, 'feminist' isn't a gender-specific term. There are plenty of male feminists and 'feminists', just as there are plenty of women who are not.

That's why I refrain from describing myself as a 'feminist'. Instead I just look out for women, fight against sexism, point out hypocrisy, and criticise those people who will attack a person simply for being a woman, as seems to be the case here. I guess I define myself as an 'anti-sexist' rather than a 'feminist' seeing how little the term 'feminist' seems to mean these days.

Maybe she is 'that dumb'. How do you know? A lot of Weinstein's close colleagues (including quite a few movie stars and filmmakers) seemed to be ignorant of what he was up doing, and yet few of them have seen their careers suffer as a result.

But if she really is 'that dumb', that is not a crime.
