She used to have them. After Weeds she got them taken off, which you can see if you check out her roles on The OC, The Middleman, Sonny with a Chance, and Party Down.

I don't know for sure, but just from observation it appears she's wearing a mouthpiece which makes her teeth look larger and probably includes the fake braces.

Insanity is: repeating the same action - over and over - yet expecting a different result.
