Thats because of Brexit. Otherwise England would have stuck in the mess that the EU is doing with the vaccines. They are going very slow because basically....they dont have it! So congrats to Great Britain for the Brexit.

shareNo, it's because the Government took over the entire national apparatus and shut down completely, especially in hot spots like London and other nominally large city-centers. Those lockdowns included banning travel into and out of the UK so they controlled the exposure of their citizens tenfold more effectively than in the US which operated in a half-hazzard fashion since February.
