I am 100% certain that the most beautiful woman alive is not a celebrity and is someone that is barely if at all known.

She certainly has some of the prettiest eyes in Hollywood. The most beautiful woman ALIVE is a bit of a stretch, though. Limiting your question to "Hollywood" would've been an easier question. As far as Hollywood beauty, I'd confidently put her in the top 100.
