So the writers of Baywatch (that sounds kinda weird) are writing the next Starship Troopers movie and not that writers have much of a say in casting (if any) but Alex should definitely be in the next movie is all I'm saying.

If they're aiming to be closer to the source material where the lead characters are not Caucasian, it may be difficult to find a significant role for her.

On top of that, even though the writers of Baywatch are writing this, the producer did the Total Recall remake which took away the uniqueness of the original movie and replaced it with only CGI spectacle. Plus, they made it PG-13. What if this gets a similar treatment? Do you really want Alex to be a part of that?
