Where Should Vlad Threaten To Blow Up First?

So Dementia Joe has signed off on the Ukraine using US weapons to strike targets inside Russian itself. The motherland.

Now Putin has already stated some time ago that they would treat such a change in US policy as NATO directly going to war with Russia. Therefore, given the certain escalation we're now facing, where should Vlad aim for first?

Kiev seems likely?
But maybe a strike on a NATO nation instead? Paris? London?

Maybe he'll just head straight to Go, collect his $200 and hit the US itself. But if so, where? Washington? New York? LA?

Or maybe somewhere crappy to show he means business but which allow everyone else to go "Oh well, it was only ------. Let's back done now." But where would that be? Stockholm maybe?
