What type of Bow does he use in Smallville(Not the crossbow if anyone thought I meant that). I looked around and I didn't see a thread like this, sorry if this is a repeat. But I was just wondering because I would like to take up Archery, and bows like that are so awesome. Does anyone know what kind or even the brand name? Thanks a lot.
shareHe uses a compound bow, not a crossbow. It looks like a Darton Bow and he has hunting sights on it with a whisker rest. The stabilizer is whats weird though, its too long for hunting but not long enough for target. So really they found a bow that looked cool and made a couple changed to it to make it look cooler.
My advice to you, if you wanna take up archery don't go just by what he uses. Find yourself a nice bow (that suits whatever you plan on doing) and use that. Personally I started with a traditional longbow and then worked my way into a recurve and then compound, but I use the longbow the most.
