There is a way to extend your legs, but it is extremely expensive (though he could probably afford it), extremely extensive, very very painful and probably very dangerous. You have to break the bone in each leg in two, then insert a metal rod into it. It takes at least three months to complete. Gruelling physical therapy is then followed.

Yes, it is called Lizarov procedure or something like that. Some people are born with one leg shorter than the other and this is a way to extend their short leg. Very painful.
