that they've met up for meetings in nyc before and that she's a total fake. my friend can't stand her and thinks she has no talent (which I agree). I really couldn't stand Vanessa because I could just tell in interviews and pictures that there was something so contrived about her, and it was interesting to hear what my friend had to say. I really hope she fizzles out eventually.. she annoys me.

Personally I just think it's jealousy. For one she's ethnic and used to date Efron, has mad clothing style and of course still has an active film career. And of course she's a naturally cheerful person, that really pisses some people off.

I don't know Vanessa and have no idea how is she in real life or what sort of friends she has. All I know is that people that attract "hate" have unpleasant personality traits or come of as unpleasant, but it's easier to blame the hate on "jealousy".
Plenty of actresses are ethnic, plenty of women have dated bigger and more attractive stars, her clothing style isn't unique and she's not a style icon. Her film career is nothing impressive. Jealous persons have better people to target.
So the kids that are bullied or a girl who just started dating a guy who had a psycho ex girlfriend all have unpleasant personality? It sounds like you're the jealous one. She hasn't done anything impressive but, what have you done in show biz? Are you even as attractive as her? Do you have more money than her? Seriously, who the hell are you?
