It looks like a birthmark. It doesn't look raised like a mole. She's still a beautiful lady but it's unfortunate that she has that mark on her face. Let's hope she can zap it someday but it's really close to her eye.

I guess. It does seem a bit raised though. But she is very beautiful nonetheless. And also shes a good person.
