I like the clean cut look. He looks like Jared Leto or Colin Ferrell when he has the beard, and plus it hides his face. Also looks older with the beard.
As for his hair, I like the bangs pushed to the side, or the long hair, just as long as it doesnt looked greasy looking.

The nicest thing about him is that he can look many different ways, he can be dashingly handsome, rugged, and he can pull of a loser look, and many others. He's lucky to have that look in his profession.
