shareIts not queens english, but he is very well spoken. sounds like he comes from kent or a posh bit of essex, surrey or somewhere.
shareHe is in Boardwalk Empire where he plays an Irish IRA type. He is also on Downton Abby Season One where he plays a Duke.
I dare say he has whatever accent he is called upon to perform. He is from London and well spoken.
His accent is what you would place as a Home Counties accent with a middle class background.
