There is no tradition of former Presidents, those not disgraced anyway, staying out of politics after office. Truman weighed in, Ike disrespected Nixon, LBJ died soon after leaving office, Nixon was also disgraced, no one paid much attention to Ford or Carter, Reagan was out-to-lunch by then - if anything, the tradition for viable ex-Presidents is to pitch in to support their party. Do you think Trump will keep his yap shut after he loses again ? Dream on.
She needs to do whatever she wants to do, or not do whatever she doesn't want to do. She's not a mindless robot just doing what all the others do. It's none of anybody's business.
