I can't remember everything that happened last season. Why did Joe set the truck full of computers on fire?

Because he could. He's a natural saboteur. However, he was upset that they settled for the system without Cameron's OS after he saw the talking Apple at Comdex. Then she told him off and left him, so that was good enough reason for him.
