Probably not after he played a bad guy in that universe already.

Chris Evans played the Human Torch in the first (and better) version of "The Fantastic 4" and now plays Captain America. Besides, Lee was covered in so many layers of heavy make-up that most film-goers wouldn't remember that he was Ronan.
