He's smarter than Rupert Grint. You can tell by the eyes. Cooper's eyes have a mischievous twinkle. You can tell his mind is constantly in motion. Rupert Grint has that "slow" look so many British people have that makes them look like they have Down's Syndrome.

I didn't mean to speak ill of British people. I know they have produced some geniuses like Oscar Wilde, James Joyce, and George Bernard Shaw. But their eyes do have that "slow" look to them, you have to.admit.
