is he the joker?
I'm not saying for definitely he's not the joker but programs have tricked us in the past. 3 things I spotted.
His character is called Jerome, when wasn't the jokers alias jack white.
The second thing the news on Gotham they say he's a potential joker we are not sure.
The last thing (I'm not gingerphobic or anything) but could he be the mad hatter. Not cause he is ginger. Because he character was qerky like the joker and laughed sometimes. Anyone agree?
