He has been shirtless numerous times on Shameless and he got a tattoo but when post selfies on IG it doesn't seem to be there I want to is it real or for the show?
shareIt's not real. Apparently Ian got a tattoo while being on the army/after going AWOL, even though it was never addressed directly on the show. I don't think Cameron has any real tattoo.
