I think she looks like Marcy Rylan who plays Winnie in 'Bring it on: All or Nothing' which also stars Hayden Panettiere. Both Hayden & Marcy played the same role on a soap opera called 'Guiding Light'. Lizzie Spaulding. Hayden played her when the character was younger and Marcy currently plays her. I think if Marcy were to leave the show, Megan could totally be a possible recast.
