Definite Spanish blood, but from where?

Judging from her features, I'd say the southern regions, such as Andalucia or Murcia. She has this look that makes her really attractive. Her eyes in particular stick out and are really gorgeous.

Valencia or Extremaduras perhaps?

Correction: I was correct of sorts. According to wikipedia (don't laugh)...Basque father and Extremaduran mother. The eyes are definitely Basque.

Wouldnt Spanish blood come from Spain?

Being from Spain, it was obvious to me that her father was basque by her first surname (Gastiain).
To me she looks completely Spanish, not specifically from any region though
