shareThis is a misnomer. People can't be experienced in something without first having an opportunity to get experience. So how is he ever supposed to be an "experienced" coach if he isn't given an opportunity to coach? He isn't "inexperienced" anyways. He was on the Warrior's coaching staff during an era in which they won two championships. It seems that the Nets realize he is primed to move on to a head coaching role now, and I would bet that he will be very successful.
