I would guess mid to late 30's. 40's is kind of a stretch....

I think the thing is, the guy simply "comes across" as older then he is with his behavior. His Hangover co-stars Bradley Cooper and Justin Bartha are only a little younger but they both seem their age, not just in apperance but behavior. Ed Helms just seems like someone's dad.

I guess that makes me officially "old". When I think of people as looking like someone's dad, I think of 50-60 yr olds. I don't think Ed looks any older than his actually age, which is only a couple years old than me. :)

i really think that he looks and behave so much older than he is. to me he looks 40 plus.
