Is that really a teenage Ed Helms on the right? If so, does anyone know what year it was taken, where, and how old he was in the photo? If not, they managed to find a very close look-a-like!

shareHa-ha. That jacket and bow tie look like something Andy Bernard would've worn in prep school. It does look like him. Wikipedia says he went to The Westminster prep school in Atlanta. Brian Bumgarner (Kevin in The Office) also went there.
Interestingly, B.J. Novak and John Krasinski also went to the same high school: Newton South in Massachusetts.
No, they use the actual actor's pictures and put them on pictures like that. Agreed, it looks a lot like him.
