Anyone ever confuse him and Jason Sudeikis?

Does anyone ever confuse the two of these guys? Or at least remind of each other? They don't look THAT much alike- but they have the same haircut and built, are both in their 30s, play similar characters/sense of humor, etc. Maybe someone gets what I mean? Sometimes I just confuse one in my head for the other.

Thank you for point that out! I couldn't put my finger on who he reminded me of.

Sort of - but still distinguishable from each other. Helms is more likable imo.

Yes! It happened to me a lot before. I kept confusing the two, until I saw Sudeikis on SNL and I realized who he was.

I agree with you, Sourgreenapple! It wasn't until We're The Millers that I realized they were two different people. And they look nothing alike, but there is a similarity.

reply

Yea it's weird, I might say it's almost like how Jake Gyllenhaal and Tobey Maguire actually look nothing alike but they have similarities that people say one is the other.

Yes they are pretty easy to mistake for each other. They look quite alike and tend to play similar characters in similar movies. Either of them could have fake-chowed someone's mother or wake up with a face tattoo ;-)

All the time. In fact, I came to Ed Helms' page just now to remind myself what films he's been in in an attempt to remember Jason Sudeikis' name, saw this post and had to comment. They're basically interchangeable to me.

On a related note, it was only about a year ago I realized that Jimmy Fallon and Chris Kattan are two different people, and I still refuse to believe Elizabeth Banks isn't a pseudonym Parker Posey uses when she acts in a mainstream film.
