as evidenced on this board, but I think she looks a lot like Justine Bateman, circa late 80s/early 90s (around the time that Family Ties ended):

Yes she does look like Justine Bateman especially in true detective episodes where her hair is shoulder length

Personally I think she looks a lot like Michelle Monaghan. Absurd how no-one looks like themselves on IMDB, there's always someone else resembling them.
